Vinyasa classes coordinate breath with movement. Each instructor links a sequence, flowing from one posture to another using breath.
This is a yoga based class in a hammock, using yoga breath and postures throughout the class. Instructor may also add some fitness exercises to build your strength. A restorative class utilizes a hammock about 10 inches off the ground. This provides a slow and gentle stretch, holding a longer time in each pose for deeper relaxation.
Ashtānga Yoga is the traditional source of vinyāsa yoga taught to us by Pattabhi Jois. The practice synchronizes breath with movement to develop strength, flexibility and focus and to improve overall health of body and mind.
In Yin yoga, we hold postures for longer periods of time than other styles. Props may be used. This class focuses on stretching connective tissues and ligaments.
Yoga for children, using props, books, toys, songs and more to help kids learn yoga poses. Kids yoga is full of benefits- strength development and flexibility, mindfulness, self esteem and more! Class is design around 30 minutes of mat yoga and 30 minutes of aerial fitness.
