Vinyasa yoga class means breath movement. Each instructor links a sequence from one posture to another using breath.
Ashtanga Yoga class is the traditional source of vinyāsa yoga taught to us by Pattabhi Jois. The practice synchronizes breath with movement to develop strength, flexibility and focus and to improve overall health of body and mind.
This is a yoga based class in a hammock. Using yoga breath and postures throughout the class. Instructor may also add some fitness exercise to build your strength.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, slow, and restful class using props as blocks, bolster, and/or blanket. This class focus mind-body tension.
