This is a yoga based class in a hammock, using yoga breath and postures throughout the class. Instructor may also add some fitness exercises to build your strength. A restorative class utilizes a hammock about 10 inches off the ground. This provides a slow and gentle stretch, holding a longer time in each pose for deeper relaxation.
